DESCRIPTION

Dedicated lighting for plant aquariums

Aquael LEDDY TUBE 10W PLANT 2.0 module is designed for freshwater aquariums with plant stock. It emits 10W light with a luminous flux of 900 lm, providing nearly twice as much light as traditional T8 18W or T5 24W fluorescent tubes at half the energy consumption.

Optimal conditions for plants

Light with a color temperature of 9000 K with enhanced red and blue bands supports intensive photosynthesis, promoting the growth of even demanding aquarium plants such as rhododendrons, tiger lotus and limnophylls. The high color rendering index (Ra >80) emphasizes the natural colors of fish and plants, creating an aesthetically pleasing visual effect.

Innovative autoregeneration system

The module is equipped with an auto-regeneration system, in which additional LEDs (non-luminous in the new lamp) activate in case of failure of the primary LEDs. As a result, the module retains full light output and light parameters throughout its lifetime, ensuring reliability.

Robust and waterproof design

The LEDs are encased in an IPX8-rated glass tube, resistant to immersion in water. The module emits minimal heat, which protects cold-loving organisms such as shrimp. A service life of up to 15,000 hours reduces the need for frequent replacement, promoting ecology and economy.

Universal and easy installation

The module is compatible with Aquael lids and standard T8 18W (60 cm) or T5 24W (55 cm) fixtures after using T5/T8 adapters (available separately). The accessory DUBLED hanger allows you to add another module for more lighting. The length of the module is 41,5 cm (with adapters 53,5-66,5 cm), and the cable is 1,7 m. It is powered directly from the 230V mains.

Dedicated to medium-sized aquariums

The 41,5 cm module is ideal for aquariums of 60 cm in length, such as AQUA4START 60/P or Aquael Classic sets. It provides even illumination, which promotes plant growth and aesthetics of the tank.
