ACTI BETTA is a food specially formulated for fighters. The magnificent milfoil (Betta splendens) is one of the most popular aquarium fish. In the wild, it mainly inhabits shallow, very hot waters with virtually no plankton. There are, however, billions of insect larvae, mainly mosquitoes and other flies, which provide the fighters with a valuable source of easily digestible protein. Fighters have adapted to this type of food to such an extent that it is impossible to replace it with other components of the diet. However, feeding fighters with live or frozen larvae is sometimes cumbersome, so it is much more convenient to feed fighters with ACTI BETTA food.
