LEDDY SLIM SUNNY DAY&NIGHT led lamp is designed to illuminate freshwater open tanks. Equipped with carefully selected LEDs that provide ideal illumination of the aquarium and guarantee perfect living conditions for the tank’s inhabitants.

Product Description

Leddy Slim Sunny Day&Night is a functional aquarium lamp designed to illuminate freshwater tanks. Made at the Aquael factory in Suwalki, it guarantees excellent quality and durability, while maintaining the best parameters.

The light perfectly reflects the colors of fish and stimulates plant growth. It is characterized by low energy consumption, very strong light output and high color rendering index.

LEDs installed in the LEDDY SLIM SUNNY DAY&NIGHT lamp emit light with a color temperature of 7000 K.

This temperature makes the emitted light similar to the natural brightness as on a sunny day. This makes the colors of fish and other animals in the aquarium faithfully reproduced. What’s more, it’s the perfect light for aquarium plants as well.

Depending on the model, you have a choice of two lamp housing colors: white or black.

Day&Night system

The lighting module used in the Leddy Slim Sunny Day&Nigh lamp simulates the natural diurnal cycle of light – morning, day and night.

The use of changes in lighting power over the diurnal cycle is important for animal welfare. It also allows to make the conditions in the aquarium similar to those existing in natural bodies of water.

The Day&Night system operates in three modes of operation: DAY / DAYBREAK / NIGHT.

• DAY is the basic and strongest light, to illuminate the aquarium during the day.
• DAYBREAK is a reduced daylight power to 50% plus blue light. It works well as the first mode after night and when feeding fish – especially if you have a shy cast.
• NIGHT is a blue glow that allows unique observation of the aquarium after dark, including fish and animals with nocturnal lifestyles.

Day&Night lighting will beautifully highlight the arrangement in the aquarium both during the day and at night. It will also make the interior of the room where the tank is located more cozy.

Changing the DAY/ DAYBREAK / NIGHT mode is very simple. It occurs after switching the module off and on with the switch in no more than 5 seconds. Switching directly to DAY mode is done after turning the module off for more than 5 seconds and turning it back on. If you want to automate this process, additionally use a modern aquarium controller SOCKET DUO (not included in the lamp!).

Attention!

The housing of the Leddy Slim Sunny Day&Night lamp of 4.8 W and 10 W as of March 2025 is manufactured from polycarbonate (PC). The Leddy Slim Sunny Day&Night lamp housing of 32 W and 36 W is still manufactured from glass.
