Thanks to its versatile application, it can operate submerged or outdoors, driving canister filters, UV-C sterilizers, skimmers or CO2 reactors. How does the AQUAEL UNIPUMP 1500 work?

Efficient water circulation

The Uni Pump 1500 generates water movement to promote gas exchange, carbon dioxide removal and nutrient distribution, which is crucial for plants and corals. With a capacity of 1,400 l/h and a lift of up to 155 cm, the flow rate can be adjusted to suit the needs of the aquarium. Installation is easy with suction cup mounts, allowing installation on glass inside or outside the tank. The ceramic impeller axle ensures quiet operation and high durability, and the sealed design allows use in fresh and seawater. Low power consumption (19 watts) minimizes operating costs.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning of the pump ensures its effective operation. After unplugging, unscrew the cover, remove the impeller cover and clean the impeller and chamber with a soft brush, handle the delicate ceramic axle carefully. For outdoor operation, maintain the seal with technical petroleum jelly or silicone grease, replacing it every three years.

The product contains moving parts that can be hazardous. Use in liquid at temperatures up to 35°C. Disconnect all equipment in the tank before maintenance.
