Flow Heater 2.0 is a flow heater with a wide temperature range. Special technology makes sure that the heater runs smoothly and the temperature is precisely set. Mounted on the outside of the aquarium, it does not take up space inside and gives you more freedom of arrangement.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Water temperature plays a key role in ensuring the well-being of fluctuating aquarium animals. Rapid fluctuations in temperature or its incompatibility with the requirements of the species can negatively affect the immunity, reproduction and even the lifespan of fish. The Flow Heater 2.0 is designed to maintain a stable temperature, creating a healthy and comfortable environment for aquarium inhabitants.

Intelligent power selection

Flow Heater 2.0 is equipped with Smart Heating System (SHS), which is a technology for intelligent power regulation. The microprocessor inside adjusts the heating power to maintain the desired temperature in the aquarium. This translates into smooth operation of the heater – with no temperature spikes in the aquarium and thus no stress for its inhabitants. Thanks to appropriate systems, the device consumes only as much energy as is necessary to properly heat the tank.

Precise temperature

The LED display shows not only the programmed, but also the current water temperature. Flow Heater 2.0 operates with an accuracy of ±0.5°C between 20°C and 33°C. It is easy to use thanks to the One Touch system, which allows you to change the operating temperature at the touch of a button. The heated water is evenly distributed throughout the aquarium as the device sits on the outlet hose of the external filter.

Safety and convenience

The Flow Heater 2.0 is equipped with five electronic temperature sensors to protect the tank from overheating. When they detect the cessation of water flow, they automatically turn off the device. The heaters are manufactured in a factory in Suwalki in accordance with strict European safety standards with high-quality materials. Each device is tested and calibrated in the Aquael laboratory, which guarantees the highest quality and precision.

Freedom of arrangement

Flow Heater 2.0 mounts outside the aquarium, so it does not take up space inside and gives you more freedom of arrangement. Locating the heater on the outlet hose of the external filter allows the heated water to be evenly distributed throughout the tank. Due to the fact that the heater does not need to be submerged in water, it is ideal for both freshwater and marine aquariums. The heater can be attached with strong suction cups to the outer surface of the aquarium glass or drill the equipment, for example, inside the cabinet on which the tank stands (screws are not included).

Versatility of application

The 300-watt Flow Heater 2.0 is dedicated to tanks with a capacity of 100 to 600 liters. It can be mounted on hoses with a diameter of 16/22 mm or 19/25 mm, making it compatible with a wide range of filtration systems.

Complementarity

For the Flow Heater 2.0 we recommend external filters from Aquael’s range: Hypermax 4500 BT, Ultramax 1000, 1500, 2000, Ultra 900, 1200, 1400, Ultramax BT and Link Thermometer. For larger aquariums over 600 liters, we recommend the Flow Heater 2.0 model with 500 watts of power, adapted to larger tanks and different thermal requirements.
